I’m looking forward to hearing from you

If you’re interested in working with me, please get in touch by e-mail to hello@rachelkayetherapy.co.uk

My working hours are Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm.

Online counselling sessions are 50 mins long and cost £55 (reduced rates of £50 for students/those on state benefits).

I offer a free 20 minute introductory/consultation session via video which is a chance for us to see if we are a good fit and an opportunity for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have. Please let me know any times suitable for an introductory call in your initial e-mail.  Booking a free introductory session doesn’t mean you are committed to starting therapy. Find out more about therapy with me on my FAQs section.

Online Counselling

My practice is currently entirely online.  Working online means you don’t need to worry about location and can instead focus on finding the right therapist for you. Although it offers many benefits, online counselling isn’t suitable for everyone – issues such domestic violence, eating disorders and mental health crisis can present particular challenges for remote therapy and I am not currently able to support clients in these areas – see my resources section for some organisations who might be able to help.

You can also find out more about working online in my FAQs section.

The best way to contact me is by e-mail hello@rachelkayetherapy.co.uk.  I aim to get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends).  If I’m away from work and not currently checking my e-mails you will receive an out of office from me with details of when I’ll respond.  If you don’t receive a response within this time frame, please check your junk mail folder in case my e-mail has ended up there and if you haven’t received a reply please let me know.

I am not able to provide an emergency support service. If you have an emergency, please call 999, your local emergency services or go to the nearest Accident & Emergency department. Some additional helplines and resources are listed here.
